Two-Day Co-Creation Session on Circular Healthcare ESCH-R WP4

On 10 and 11 March, partners and stakeholders of the ESCH-R project will come together for an intensive two-day co-creation session focused on advancing circular innovation in healthcare. The sessions are designed to foster collaboration, shared learning, and the development of actionable strategies around circular business models and procurement.
Focus on Circular Business Models
The first day will center on circular business models in healthcare. Participants will explore current approaches to circular value creation and work together to identify opportunities for applying these models in practice. Through interactive sessions, attendees will collaborate to:
- Share insights and perspectives from their respective fields
- Explore different types of circular business models
- Discuss how value can be created, delivered, and sustained within circular systems
Strengthening Circular Procurement and Ecosystems
The second day will shift attention to circular procurement and the broader ecosystems needed to support circular healthcare solutions. Discussions will focus on collaboration across stakeholders and how different actors can work together to enable circular practices at scale. Participants will examine:
- The roles required within circular healthcare ecosystems
- How collaboration between stakeholders can support long-term impact
- Future directions for research and implementation
