On December 10, a WP4 meet-up took place at the Philips head office, bringing together a diverse group of industry partners in a hybrid format.

The meet-up also involved crucial planning for the upcoming years. Discussions centered around what will be achieved in 2025, the goals to be set, and the strategy for building a strong ecosystem in the process.

The meet-up highlighted the key objectives of WP4:

• To identify, design, and evaluate viable business models that enable circularity in the hospital value chain.
• To develop purchasing and supply management (PSM) strategies that incentivize suppliers and partners to implement circular interventions.

This collaborative effort marks a significant step toward co-creating a more circular future for healthcare, fostering innovation and meaningful impact across the healthcare value chain.
