Within the ESCH-R Dissemination workpackage, exciting collaborations have been established with the Bachelor of Nursing program at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. As part of this collaboration, students have undertaken final projects that emphasize practice-oriented research within clinical departments of hospitals. These studies focus on knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and the barriers related to sustainable nursing practices.

Below, you will find two posters summarizing the results of these student research projects (in Dutch). These projects are excellent examples of how practice-oriented research not only contributes to scientific knowledge but also improves daily practices in the healthcare sector.
