Circular Society Co-Creation Event 2026

On June 8, the EWUU organizes the Circular Society Co-Creation Event 2026 at Antropia, Driebergen, The Netherlands. During the event, participants join one dedicated co-creation track, allowing to dive deep, build shared understanding, and collaborate with others working on urgent challenges:
- Informed and Sustainable Decision Making in Surgery – Hosted by UMC Utrecht
- Lifecycle Choices for Medical Devices – Partner coming soon
- Tackling the Housing Crisis with Fast and Circular Concepts – Hosted by ROM Utrecht Region
- Mapping and Recovery of Critical Materials for Circular Construction – Hosted by ROM Utrecht Region
Progress is challenged by the complexity of the transition itself: moving from a linear (take–make–waste) system to a circular society requires fundamental system change. This transformation involves rethinking how we produce, use, and reuse resources, and cannot be achieved by single actors alone.
